Expert Witness Work

John Hearne has extensive education, training, and experience with the lawful use of force by private citizens and law enforcement personnel and other related matters.  He has extensive experience working within the legal system - writing and serving: search warrants, arrest warrants, and criminal complaints.  He has testified in Federal court proceedings including Grand Jury, U.S. Magistrate Court, and Federal District Court.

He is a current member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
